Eligible Return Cases:

You may request a return if:

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of receiving the order

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any guarantee or quality cards
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage are not eligible for return

Return Process:

  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue
  3. Once your request is approved, we will arrange return shipping
  4. A refund will be processed within 7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part
